Results Worth Waiting For on '95 Jeep Wrangler

I originally purchased 2 bottles for the 2 junkers I had in Korea, a 1994 Kia Pride and a 1996 Hyundai Sonata. The Kia had been beat and abused, but ran well. The Hyundai had been a taxi cab, and was a maintenance nightmare. In any even I ran across this forum, and ordered two bottles from Frank.

I never drove a lot off base, and the majority of the trips were under two miles (I know, I know). But in both cars, the idle smoothed out, and the gunk on the underside of the oil filler cap including the white milky stuff went away. As of last report both those cars are still running strong.

I also purchased a double dose for my 1995 Jeep Wrangler 115K Miles (2.5L, 4 cyl. manual transmission).

First application: Had the oil and filter changed, dumped in a bottle of ARX, and promptly drove from Wichita, KS, to Washington DC, in two days. No noticeable difference. It never leaked or burned oil, and does not to this day. Finished up the first application as directed, and changed the oil myself with the help of a friend. Installed a K&N filter and used no-name dino oil. No noticeable difference during the first rinse phase either, other than a little ticking on start up.

Second Application: Did the full rinse phase, installed a Mobile-1 filter (you people are costing me money!) and put in more no name dino. No noticeable difference again. Did the full mileage, changed the oil, put in another Mobile 1 filter, and for the final rinse chose Rotella-T straight 30. I'm 500 miles into the final rinse phase, and WOW! what a difference. Engine runs much quieter with the straight 30, and I can't wait to cut open the filter and see what is in there when I am done.

I've also purchased a filter cutter, and the FP/LC duo, which I am currently running in both cars (2005 Chrysler Town and Country, with the "Big Six" engine.)

Will post photos when I am done. Patience. Like Frank says, you have to let it work. It took me to essentially the middle of the 2nd rinse on a very well maintained car to see a difference. But the difference is noticeable.
