I first heard of your product from Don Terrill, a NASCAR
engine builder. I have enclosed some pictures of the oil
filter from the 91’ Ford Lightning removed after
a 750-mile cleaning cycle with Auto-Rx®. I am a drag racer
so that I am used to cutting open oil filters looking
for motor damage. Although I race the truck, it was also
my daily driver. I was amazed to see the amount of contamination
that was flowed out of the motor and into the filter.
The truck had only 60,000 miles on it at the time of this
cleaning. I ran only 750 miles on this cleaning phase.
I would recommend that the cleaning cycle be shortened
to 750 miles tops, in high performance modified motors.
The modifications can put a lot of excess demand on the
motor oil and cleanings should be done more frequently,
as a result.
I have bought a newer model super-charged Lightening Truck. It has only 45,000 miles on it. However it has been running rather rich (fuel/air). I bought three bottles to treat the newer unit. I will likely see similar results. I will also let you know if my elapsed time slips show improvement, at the track.
I have also attached pictures of my 70 Mach I, 10 second sleeper. I thought you would enjoy. Also pictured is the 91 Lightening Truck. From which the filter pictures came from.
Sincerely,
Gary W. Nollenberger
